Over the years we've found that when students and staff are connected with a coach, the impact of their planting efforts become multiplied. Having a coach to pray with, help problem solve in the places you feel stuck and learn alongside can make the difference when you're trying to make the dreams the Lord has given you a reality. That's why we offering coaching sessions from experienced LaFe staff to planters dreaming of starting new Latino ministries on their campuses.  .
